About Us

There may be bigger agencies, but few give their clients the amazing level of personal attention we give ours.
It’s simply who we are; Straight-shooting, up-at-dawn, roll-up-your-sleeves-and-get-to-work type of folks.

Our Leadership Team

Tim
Tim Cullen
President & Co-Owner

Tim's mission has always been to stay one step ahead of our current processes. Despite being a CPA for 2 decades, he is more than our numbers guy of analyzing data for direct mail campaigns, but also trying to find new opportunities. And, he’s also a world-class skier that’s competed against the best in the USA and China and now serves as President of President of the Rock Aqua Jays Water Ski Show Team.

Casey
Casey Moen
Senior Vice President & Co-Owner

As Senior Account Manager and co-owner at Roundhouse, Casey orchestrates and manages numerous different client projects on any given day. Her primary expertise is in developing unique and effective embedded-base customer communications. Detail-oriented and seemingly tireless (aren’t all moms?), this Minnesota native is just as committed to motivating employees with a happy hour or a team building game.

Mike
Mike Mahnke
Owner Emeritus and Consultant

Mike is a 38-year marketing industry veteran with all those years spent here at Roundhouse. He is also a 17-year U.S. Army veteran with active duty enlisted service in Europe and as a commissioned officer during Desert Storm. Known locally as “PA Guy”, Mike is the longtime public address announcer for Wisconsin Badgers football, basketball and occasionally volleyball.

Angie
Angie Spensley
Controller

Human Resources, Accountant, Cross Media Manager, Reporting Metrics Guru — yes, yes, yes and yes. Our "house" runs smoothly 24/7 with huge thanks to Angie and her many hats. For more than a decade, she's been our rock, our sounding board, the straw that mixes the drink, the glue that binds us together, the … well, you get the idea.

Christina
Christina Steel
Account Executive

Running integrated direct mail campaigns, spearheading business development and traveling across the country to open new retail stores, Christina has played a role in most of our current client relationships for over a decade. She spends her free time on the marketing committee of CATCH, a local non-profit benefiting the Children’s Hospital.

Kim
Kim Finkenbinder
Project Manager

Add Officer of Motivation to her title. Kim’s joyful energy is infectious. So, it’s no surprise that her favorite part of her job is the customer service, obsessed with doing anything she can to make clients happy. Talk to her on the phone or schedule a meeting, you'll see what we mean. And, she’s the other half to running a tight ship.

Community Involvement

Our company strongly believes in giving back to our local community. Each year, employees are encouraged to participate in local volunteer outreach.

VOLUNTEER

VOLUNTEER
All Roundhouse employees are given paid time off each year for volunteer opportunities. And as a company, we’ve rolled up our sleeves on numerous occasions to participate in United Way events. From repaving a nature trail to cultivating a community carrot garden, we’re not afraid to get our hands dirty.
